Opportunity:
White Oak material was trending and Letright featured these two collections at SPOGA 2024 in Aluminum using new White Oak heat transfer.
Canadian Tire team loved the styling and selected these sets from our catalog but wanted updates to achieve comfort and pricing goals.
Process:
Discovery and Insights research to identify competitive products in target price point from retailer.
Revised frames to steel tubing, involved modifications to arm sizes and structural details.
New table-top styles developed.
Revised Elmvale back height to improve comfort
Sampled for review in China.

Design was finalized within 3 rounds of sampling.
